How the Application to the Mentoring Program Works
We offer two mentoring classes each year, one in the winter and another in the summer, and each class consists of up to five successful applicants. Graduates of our Mentoring Program join the Brownell team of successful travel entrepreneurs, many of whom earn 4x the industry average in revenue. The selection process for successful candidates (currently a 2% acceptance rate) is outlined below. We hope that you will submit the inquiry form to start learning more!

Receive an Email
Someone from the Brownell Hosting team will contact you via email within two business days. You may be given more information or asked to respond to additional questions.
Phone Conversation
Some candidates will be invited for a phone conversation so we can learn more about you and your plans to develop a professional travel consulting business, and you can learn more about us.
Business Plan
The next step is to submit a business plan where you share even more detail about your travel business. We will schedule a follow up call to review the plan.
Invited to Apply
The final step in our process is the official application. Successful candidates will receive an invitation to apply for the next class of mentees.
Acceptance
Upon acceptance, you will receive a lot of pre-training information and homework! In the weeks prior to the start date of your Mentoring Class, you’ll be busy with branding, marketing ideas, and client lists, all in preparation for the in-person intensive training week at the Brownell headquarters in Birmingham, AL.
