HOW:
You can become a luxury travel advisor with Brownell, the oldest travel agency in North America, two different ways:
- If you already have industry experience, you can join our Hosting Program.
- If you have no prior experience in the travel industry, no problem! You can join our innovative Mentoring Program.

WHAT:
The Brownell Mentoring Program is a year-long training program that teaches all you need to know to become a successful luxury travel advisor. It starts with a 5-day intensive training in our headquarters in Birmingham, AL and then the training program continues throughout the year. From marketing to working with suppliers to Virtuoso, our dedicated support team walks you through starting your career in travel. Plus, we offer ongoing educational trips, webinars, and business development even after you graduate from the Mentoring Program.

WHEN:
We typically have two Mentoring classes during the year; one starts around February and the other around August. You can apply to join the Mentoring Program anytime.

WHERE:
You can do this job wherever…from your home office, a Starbucks, a coffee shop in Italy…wherever there is Internet! Most of our Independent Advisors have home offices, and there are some in the same city that share an office space.
