Meet the New Class: Mentoring Class 11
We are so excited about the latest group in the Brownell Mentoring Program. Each of these four ladies brings their unique background and work experience to the Brownell family as well as their shared love of Apple products, good food, and, of course, travel. Get to know Mentoring Class 11 a little better!
From MIT to FIT—Sarah Lee
In a recent three-month span, Sarah Lee flew nearly 90,000 miles—that’s equivalent to going around the Earth’s equator 3.6 times! So needless to say, Sarah is an avid traveler. This MIT grad lives in New York City though her friends joke that she resides on an airplane. A self-proclaimed foodie, Sarah has her finger on the pulse of the best restaurants around the world. She even turned her whole itinerary upside down to make it to the last lunch at El Bulli—talk about dedication! Stay up to date with Sarah or contact her at www.travelee.org
A “Bagwell” Traveled—Stacy Bagwell
Next up, meet Stacy Bagwell. Stacy hails from Atlanta, Georgia, though at 19 she was living in The Netherlands. Inspired by her grandmother who shared stories of her travels to Singapore and Saudi Arabia, Stacy has always been fascinated by the different cultures around the world. From the beautiful beaches in the Caribbean to the markets in Turkey to the quaint streets of Peru, her adventures give her insider knowledge that she loves to share with clients. Follow her travels and contact her at www.abagwelltraveled.com
The First Ladies of Travel—Martha Reilly King and Susan Whitson
The final two in Class 11 are Martha Reilly King and Susan Whitson, the dynamic duo that make up King & Whitson Travel. They met while studying at Auburn University but went their separate ways upon graduation. Having lived in Montana and England as a teenager, Martha continued to explore the world, now with her husband at her side. Their adventures include 100-foot dives in the Bahamas and “catching a car” in Moscow. Susan began her career as a high school teacher but soon found herself deep in the political world in Washington D.C. As White House press secretary to Laura Bush, she traveled the globe on Air Force One and experienced the local cultures around the world. The two eventually reconnected and, with a shared passion for travel, started their own travel agency. Visit www.kingandwhitsontravel.com to learn more about or contact them!
